Indra : Cool, I'm glad to hear that. My next question, is there any technical aspect that you need to know before you shoot?

Putra : Yes. The most important thing in shooting is to have the right body posture. First,  we must stand straight. Put your feet apart comfortably. Lean forward, your hands hold the pistol neatly and both of your arms pointing straight to the target.(Putra stand up and show me the right posture). Make sure your eyes are on the yellow target.

Indra : Wow! It required personal coaching even on the way we stand. I personally want to learn on the right standing posture for shooting. Does it need you to be tough?

Putra : No. You do not need physical toughness. Just the right way of standing and the right way of holding the gun.

Indra : Before you shoot, do you have to go for fitness training?

Putra : I just do some spot running and stretching.

Indra : Good. You are already familiarise yourself with this shooting activity. Even though it was your first time shooting.

Putra : Yes!

Indra : What is your shooting technique?

Putra : The target is a yellow dot on a board. First, aim the white dot on the Glock to the yellow dot on the board. Then, make sure the white dot align with the tiny square on the Glock.  Aim weapon at eye level, flex our arms, lean forward, stand straight and feet in natural position.

Indra : Wow! It is a lot. I wish I were there. Cool. So the next question is what are the shooting equipments?

Putra : The shooting equipments are the magazine, five bullets and a Glock pistol.

Indra : Okay! How long is the bullet?

Putra : They used the 9mm bullet.

Indra : Didn't you feel afraid?

Putra : Yes I was afraid, but I did have a little bit of courage to fire the weapon.

Indra : It's okay. The most important is you succeeded in passing the challenge. Next question is are you confident to do it again next time?

Putra : I will contact my instructor Encik Ashraf.

Frozen by Disney

(5 W and 1H - guide to write an essay)

Recently I watched a Disney's movie entitled the Frozen. This movie is about a woman named "Elsa" who has a power of ice and ran from her castle. Elsa has a sister whose name is "Anna". Her sister wanted to find Elsa who ran towards the ice mountain. Anna went to the mountain with a new friend she found on the way to the mountain. She met "Kristoff" who is an Ice Businessman and his beloved reindeer pet name "Sven".

Kristoff wanted to buy some carrots and snow tools. The cost was about $40 but Kristoff only has $10. Kristoff asked the shop owner (whose name is Oaken) to cut down the price. The shop owner did not want to cut down the price. Then Kristoff teased the shop owner. The shop owner got angry and threw Kristoff out of his shop.

Anna wanted Kristoff to help her to find Elsa. Kristoff did not want to help Anna. Therefore Anna bought some carrots and snow tools for Kristoff. Kristoff  agreed to help Anna. They went to the ice mountain, but on their way they were chased by some hungry wolves. They kept running from the hungry wolves and jumped over a big ravine. They had successfully jumped over the big ravine.

The next day, they met "Olaf" a snowman but he did not has a nose. Anna gave a carrot to Olaf so that the carrot can become his nose. Olaf was very happy and thanked to Anna. Olaf say to Anna and Kristoff was he love summer. He dont know a summer can melted he.  Olaf showed to them the way to go to Elsa's place. After an hour walking, they found a huge castle made from crystal ice. Olaf saw a high and steep ice staircase. Anna asked Kristoff and Olaf to stay away for one minute, because Anna wanted to meet her sister alone.  And Olaf started to count until sixty seconds.

Anna entered the castle and was stunned by the beautiful atmosphere of the castle. She also saw beautiful Elsa wearing a very nice dress. Anna was so happy to see her sister. Suddenly Olaf rushed into the castle after counting sixty seconds. Elsa was surprised to see Olaf. She remembered Olaf. She remembered when she was a kid she made Olaf.

Nevertheless, Elsa asked Anna to leave her castle.  Anna was very aghast. Anna appealed to Elsa to come back to their hometown, and to bring back sun and warmth to their hometown. Elsa refused to listen to her sister, instead she created a monster to scare them. The monster threw them out. Anna made a snowball and threw to the monster. The monster got angry and chased them. They all ran away from the monster and Kristoff asked Anna to climb down from the hill together using ropes and axe. But the monster got angrier and became more violent, thus they all had no choice but to jump from the hill.

Kristoff took Anna and Olaf to his adopted family who is a family of Troll. Kristoff's mother liked Anna very much and she asked Anna to marry Kristoff.  Anna did not make any choices yet. Suddenly Anna fainted and laid down. The Chief Troll advised Kristoff to immediately take Anna to her true love, because only a kiss from her true love can cure her sickness. Then Kristoff quickly took Anna back to her hometown to meet Prince Hans. As he thought Prince Hans was Anna's true love.

When Kristoff took Anna and Olaf to her hometown, Prince Hans and his guards went to Elsa's castle and wanted to arrest her. Then the monster made by Elsa attacked Prince Hans and his guards. They also attacked the monster, meanwhile two of his officers quietly entered the castle with their weapon. After the two men entered the castle, Prince Hans succeeded beaten the monster.

The two officers saw Elsa ran up to the upper floor until she arrived at a dead end. Elsa had to use her power to protect her self. Elsa made a spiked ice and it almost pierce one of the men's neck, and she also made an ice wall to push the other man from the top floor of the castle.

Suddenly Prince Hans and his guards rushed into Elsa's place where she fought with the two officers. Elsa was shocked and stop pushing the ice wall. The man whose neck was almost pierced by the ice spike, took the opportunity to shoot Elsa from her back. Prince Hans immediately stopped  his man from shooting Elsa.  He failed to stop his man, luckily the shot was not right on target and it saved Elsa's life. But the shot hit the ropes of a big chandelier. It almost fell on Elsa's head, luckily it only hit her body and thus she fainted.

After Elsa woke up, she knew that she was in a jail at her own castle. Prince Hans entered the cell, he told Elsa that he wanted to kill her and Anna. After saying that, then Price Hans left the cell. Elsa was so very frightened. She used her ice power to get her out of the jail. Meanwhile, Kristoff finally arrived at the town together with Olaf. Kristoff sent Anna at her castle and the maids of the castle carried Anna to her room. Kristoff and Sven went from there with a sadness.

The maids put Anna near the fireplace because she was almost frozen. Suddenly Prince Hans entered Anna's room. Anna thought Prince Hans is her true love and asked Prince Hans to kiss her. Prince Hans pretended to kiss Anna but he could not because he did not love Anna. He pretended to love Anna so that Anna would marry him, thus he will get the throne. Prince Hans extinguished all the fire in Anna's room and Anna's body became very cold. He locked Anna at the room alone. Only then she knew that Prince Hans is evil.

After Elsa ran away from the jail, she used her power to make a very strong wind so that she can ran away without being seen. Kristoff saw the strong wind and turned back to the town to save Anna. Meanwhile, Prince Hans fooled everyone and told them that Anna was dead. He made them think that Elsa killed Anna.

Anna became very cold and asked for help with her weak voice. Suddenly, she heard that someone knocked her door. It was Olaf!  Olaf used his nose to unlock the door. Anna was very surprised that Olaf can find her. Olaf immediately light up the fireplace for Anna. Olaf was stunned as he saw fire for the first time. Anna warned Olaf not to be near the fire because it can melt Olaf. Olaf did not listen to Anna thus he melted slowly. Suddenly, a window opened and Olaf did not melt. He went to the window and saw Kristoff and Sven were on their way to the castle.

Olaf immediately took Anna out from her room. The castle was very cold as it has became a very big ice block. Olaf taught Anna to slide down the snowy roof of the castle. And they did it!

Now everybody was out there in the snow storm. There were Kristoff, Elsa, Price Hans and Anna, all of them were trapped in the strong wind. Prince Hans wanted to find Elsa and killed her. As for Anna, she now knew that Kristoff is her true love because he always be there for her. Anna kept on finding Kristoff and Kristoff also try to find her. Suddenly, Anna saw Prince Hans took out his sword and tried to stab Elsa.

Instead of her running towards Kristoff, Anna made her choice to save her sister. She was struggling running slowly towards her sister. When Prince Hans flipped his sword to Elsa, Anna quickly blocked her sister and she became frozen. The sword broken when it hit frozen Anna. Elsa was sad and felt sorry to Anna because she did not listen to her. Elsa was very sad and hugged the frozen Anna. Olaf, Kristoff and Sven was sad too. Elsa kept on hugging the frozen Anna and suddenly the ice of Anna's body started melting. Elsa was very happy, she hugged and kissed Anna. Olaf, Kristoff and Sven was very happy too. Anna now knew the true love is from her sister.

Anna asked her sister to melt all the ice in their hometown because Anna knew her sister can do it. Elsa tried to melt all ice and it worked. Olaf started to melt but Elsa made a cloud of snow on top of Olaf, so that Olaf would not melt anymore. Olaf was so happy and thanked Elsa. Then Prince Hans went to Anna and pretended to be nice to her. Anna became angry and she punched Prince Hans at his face, and Prince Hans fell into the lake.

The guards of the castle put Prince Hans in a jail. They all happy and danced together in Elsa's castle. Anna surprised Kristoff with a very beautiful new sleigh. Kristoff liked the sleigh very much. And Olaf dreams came true, whereby Olaf can enjoy the summer at any time. Everybody live happily ever after.

My Favourite character from Frozen is "Olaf" the snowman because he is very cute and a funny guy. He is also a very active snowman, who always help his friends who are in trouble.

The moral of this movie are we must always help our friends and siblings, and dont be a selfish person but be a helpful person.

My feelings after watching this movie are happy and sad. The happy part is when I watched Olaf's body ran away from a big monster without his head. And the sad part is when all Anna's body is frozen.

I am inspired to become a SWAT after watching this movie because I am inspired with Anna's determination in finding her sister Elsa, although in a very strong wind. In order to be a SWAT officer, I must have strong determination like Anna, because a SWAT officer must always achieved his given tasks or missions.

Last Week, Amin went for a holiday. They were many pupils who were there for that trip. The bus departed on time. They all boarded the bus before the bus departed.

The driver arranged their bags in the bus compartment. As the bus was about to depart, Amin's parents noticed something. They saw Amin's bag on the road. Therefore, Amin's father shouted and ran       towards the bus.

Amin saw his parents waving and pointing at his bag on the road. Amin asked the driver to stop the bus.   The driver stop the bus and Amin step down from the bus to pick up his bag. Then Amin thanked his parents and the bus driver.
